Payment Method
All items listed are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Current exchange rate for USD (USD to SGD) is 1.4. For overseas buyers, you are encouraged to email me first to enquire about the price of the item.
For Local Buyers, payments can be made via the following
- ATM Transfer - POSB and UOB only
- Internet Bank Transfer (Ibanking) - POSB and UOB only
All payments are to be made within 48 hours, otherwise the item will be given to the next buyer on the list without any prior notice. No reservation of the item will be entertained.
For ATM Transfer, a snapshot of the receipt is required to be attached with the invoice email. Please write your name and email address on the receipt prior to emailing me. I reserve the right to reject the order without any snapshot.
Only POSB and UOB internet bank transfers are accepted at this time. Please email me your ibank nick name and transaction reference.
For Overseas Buyers, payments can be made via Paypal, a handling charge of 5% will be imposed as charged by Paypal. I will get back to you with the invoice - together with shipping cost.
Once payment has been verified, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Now, you can patiently wait for the next step - shipment of your personal handmade purchase! =)
Shipping Information
Shipping rate is based on the weight, destination and type of postage requested. The shipping cost will reflect the exact cost of the supplies needed to ship the item(s), for example, the mailer and actual shipping postage. Please note that all my items are carefully sealed and bubble-wrapped to minimize any damages, with my return address labelled clearly behind. Item(s) will be shipped out within 3 working days and I will notified you once item(s) had been shipped out.
For local shipment, both normal and registered postage options are available. I will be using Singpost to post out my items. Complimentary normal postage is offered for purchases above SGD$8.00 and complimentary registered postage is yours free if you make purchases above SGD$50.00.
I will recommend registered postage (top-up of SGD$2.25) for all these lovely creations. This is to ensure that these delicate items can reach right to your doorstep safely! A registered article (RA) tracking number will be provided for you. For more information on registered article, you may refer to: http://www.singpost.com/send-documentparcel/registered-article.html.
I will not be held responsible should there be any damaged/lost parcel when you opt for normal mail postage.
For international shipment, any tax or custom fees that may result when the package arrives at your location is your responsibility. Please kindly understand too that the parcel may be delayed due to some unforeseen circumstances which I also have no control over. Return and Exchange Policy
All sales are final. All items are strictly non-refundable / non-exchangeable. Hence I encourage you to contact me with your enquires before making your purchase.
In the event that you have received an item that is badly damaged due to registered postage, or if there is an error with your order, please kindly email me at littlecreationwithlove@gmail.com within 3 days so that I can have the opportunity to resolve the issue in a manner that is pleasing for both of us.
Refunds on returned items will be issued in the form of store credit. Date of expiry for the credit will be one year from the date of issue.
All creations are the sole and exclusive property of Little Creation with Love. At no time should you claim the any or part of the creations as your own and reproduced it elsewhere. I sincerely hope that you experience with Little Creation with Love is a memorable and pleasant one.
