Item Description: I love the heart charm! I found this gem hidden away at some random vintage shop in Singapore and I just had to buy it! Dark grey cardstock had been used for the base of the card with the charm fastened on a gold ribbon and three clear rhinestones adhered on the top right hand corner of the card. Inside has been left blank for you to write to your mum. Includes a handmade coordinating envelope.
